The Collection at North Tryon

In 2024, Red Cedar was asked to build a condo-quality rental townhome development in the NODA neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. Using forward thinking design and designer quality finishes, Red Cedar built The Collection at North Tryon, a 3-story luxury rental townhome community under a single plat and commercial permit.

Red Cedar was responsible for finalizing the predevelopment project work and obtaining the LDP and vertical permits for the development, as well as operated as the GC over the horizontal site work and vertical construction, working with local architect Cluck Design Group on the architectural plans.

Red Cedar’s design team curated the finishes for the project to result in a condo-level finish that could be built within a budget necessary to capitalize the multi-family hold.

The project overcame unique challenges including tight lot lines and complicated municipal infrastructure through our team’s effective project management.
