Each person strives to improve daily and while doing so we all assist each other. Everyone is supportive and truly cares about one another. The company owners are often adding more benefits, consistently showing their care and investment for their team.
What is the policy regarding remote, hybrid or in-office work? This is role dependent.
How does the company build strong teams and encourage connections among staff? We recently had a fantastic time participating in the Builder Games, fostering teamwork and some friendly competition! Beyond our office, we’re passionate about giving back to the community, like when we helped with hurricane relief efforts. To keep things fun, we host regular in-office and off-site activities. We recently enjoyed a Halloween cubicle decorating contest and costume-themed lunch!
