Ryan brings 15 years of legal and residential real estate development experience to Red Cedar. As Chief Legal Officer, he leads the company’s legal and compliance functions, overseeing corporate governance, contract negotiations, and regulatory matters across all business lines.
Prior to joining Red Cedar, Ryan was in private practice, where he advised local, regional, and national homebuilders on land acquisition and development and coordinated closings for thousands of homebuyers.
