Over the course of his career, he has overseen the construction of more than 600 custom homes, retail centers, and civil infrastructure projects, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.
At Red Cedar, Rick leads product development initiatives, ensuring new offerings align with industry standards and client needs. He also oversees building code compliance and plays a key role in value engineering, helping optimize project cost and functionality while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
