Jay brings 15 years of commercial general construction experience and serves as Director of Business Development at Red Cedar, with a track record spanning thousands of multi-family, townhome, and single-family units across the Carolinas. He serves as the client’s primary contact through concept and budgeting, guiding every project from early vision through contract execution and handoff to Preconstruction. Jay works closely with the Product Development and Preconstruction teams to shape pricing, plan fit, and prototype selection around each client’s vision and budget.
