Jay brings 14 years of commercial general construction experience and leads entitlement and land development at Red Cedar. Throughout his career, he has overseen the development or construction of more than 2,000 multi-family units, over 500 townhomes, and 200+ single-family homes across key markets in the Carolinas. Jay also has extensive experience collaborating with design teams and local government agencies to secure project approvals.
